INR Deposit Speed-Up & Compensation Guide

To assist users facing delays with INR deposits due to third-party payment issues, BC.Game has introduced a Deposit Speed-Up Process and two INR Deposit Compensation Programs. Please follow all steps carefully. Providing incorrect or incomplete information will result in ticket rejection.

⚠️ Important:

  • All submitted information must be true, complete, and accurate.

  • Any errors or false details will lead to ticket failure and possible delays.

  • Double-check your information before submitting.

  1. Navigate to Transactions

    • On the website, navigate to your Avatar (profile) section.

    • Alternatively, click on Transaction directly.

  2. Select the Deposit

    • Locate and click on the deposit for which you need a ticket.

  3. Initiate the Speed-Up Process

    • Click on "Speed up".

  4. Upload Your Transfer Confirmation and Deposit Receipt

    • Upload a video proof or screen recording for your transfer confirmation from the payment channel (video limit 100MB).

    • Upload your a screenshot of your transfer confirmation (deposit receipt) from the payment channel (image limit 100MB, PDF limit 50MB).

    • Ensure your deposit receipt contains both the UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number and UPI details.

  5. Enter Your UTR Number

    • Input the UTR number from your deposit receipt in the designated field.

    • Your UTR number must match the UTR number in the deposit receipt and must correspond to the payment. Any inaccuracies will result in the failure of the ticket and deposit.

  6. Submit the Ticket

    • Click Submit to proceed.

7. You may only submit a ticket once.

  • Once a ticket is submitted, you will receive a confirmation that your transfer proof have been submitted successfully.

  • If there are any additional documents/messages needed to be uploaded, you may do so via the message box (only send information pertaining to the order only).

Important Conditions:

  • If it is within 2 hours of the order creation, the ticket will not be automatically submitted. After clicking submit, you must return after 2 hours from the order creation time and click SPEED UP again.

  • After 2 hours from the order creation time, the ticket will be automatically submitted.

  • You can only have 1 ticket at any time. If your ticket is in Pending status, you are unable to create a new ticket, but you are able to send messages and add attachments that pertains to the order information only.


💰 INR Deposit Compensation Programs

To support users impacted by merchant-related INR deposit delays, BC.Game offers the following:

1. 30-Minute Delayed Deposit Bonus

If your deposit was delayed by more than 30 minutes, you may be eligible for a bonus.

2. Full Compensation for Deposits Pending 7+ Days

If your deposit remains unsettled for over 7 days, you may be eligible for full compensation.

Conditions:

  • A ticket (not just the deposit ID) must have been submitted.

  • The deposit must be successfully credited.

  • Bonus request must be submitted within 72 hours of the credited deposit.

  • You must complete Basic KYC after submitting the bonus request.

  • If approved, the bonus must be claimed within 24 hours or it will expire.

  • A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus.

    Steps to claim your compensation

  • If you are eligible, a prompt will appear in your order window. Click on Apply Compensation.

  • Then, complete your KYC if prompted.

  • If you have completed it previously, you may not be prompted to complete this step.

  • Navigate to the Bonus page to claim your deposit compensation.


🔍 Note: Bonus use is subject to game-specific wagering contributions. Bonuses cannot be used in:

  • Sports

  • Racing

  • Trading

  • Lottery

  • Bonuses also cannot be swapped or tipped.

Following these steps ensures that your deposit issue is escalated efficiently without any delays.
