Can’t Access Your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

A step-by-step guide to submit a recovery request and regain access to your account.

If you are unable to access your two-factor authentication (2FA) code, there are 2 ways to reset it.

please contact us at [email protected] using the email associated with your account. We will then initiate the 2FA recovery process.


🔄 Google Account Recovery

If your Google Authenticator app was linked to a Google account that you can no longer access, you may need to recover that Google account first.

Once you’ve recovered your Google account, you may be able to restore your authenticator access or re-sync it with a new device.


🔐 Disable and Re-enable 2FA

First, disable your 2FA. Then, re-enable your 2FA by following the steps in the article:

If you have lost access to your 2FA and are unable to log in, click on "Don't have access to this 2FA?".

🔐 How the Recovery Works (Advanced KYC Completed):

You will be prompted to enter the last 5 digits of your ID submitted during Advanced KYC.

To protect your account, we’ll need to verify that you’re the rightful owner. Our team will request some basic information about your account to confirm your identity.

Subject: 2FA Reset

1. Your website username

2. The email address associated with your account

3. One deposit transaction (TXID)

4. Your commonly used IP address

5. Your commonly used device

6. Reason for 2FA Reset
