Step 1: What Is KYC and Why It Matters

KYC verifies your identity using official documents and photos so we can confirm you are the legitimate account holder and meet global compliance requirements. Completing KYC provides stronger account security, regulatory compliance, and access to full platform features.

Step 2: Prepare Your Documents

Make sure you have the following ready before starting the process:

Have these ready before you start:

Basic KYC

  • A valid government-issued photo ID such as a passport or national ID

  • Clear front and back photos of the ID

  • A selfie captured from five angles: front, left, right, head tilted up, head tilted down

Advanced KYC (only if requested)

  • Proof of address dated within the last 3 months, for example a utility bill, bank statement, or government letter

Tips: use high-resolution images, avoid glare and cropping, and ensure details are readable.

Step 3: Submit Your KYC

  1. Open the KYC page in your account.

  2. Enter your personal details exactly as shown on your ID.

  3. Upload your ID photos and the requested selfies.

  4. If prompted for Advanced KYC, upload your proof of address.

  5. Review and submit.

Step 4: Wait for Verification

  • After submitting, your documents will be reviewed automatically.

  • If a submission fails, you can re-submit (up to 6 times).

  • After each failed attempt, an email will be sent explaining the reason for the rejection.

  • In some cases, your KYC will be sent for manual review. During this time, resubmission is not possible and your final result will be emailed to you.

  • Reviews are performed automatically in most cases

  • If a submission fails, you can try again up to 6 times. After each failure, we email the reason

  • Some cases are sent to manual review. During manual review you cannot resubmit. You will receive the final result by email and see your status on the KYC page.

Common Reasons for KYC Rejection

  • Blacklisted user due to criminal or fraudulent activity.

  • Under 18 years of age.

  • Over the maximum age limit of 70.

  • Unsupported region, including but not limited to: Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, United States, Brazil (temporary), all FATF-blacklisted countries, and any other jurisdictions prohibited by the Anjouan offshore Financial Authority.

  • Blurry or incomplete images, expired documents, or details that do not match your ID.

If your KYC is finally rejected after the allowed attempts or manual review, you will be notified by email. You can still play on the platform, but note that some currencies require KYC for deposits or withdrawals. Check currency requirements before you start playing.

Link KYC across multiple accounts

You can now share one verified KYC across up to three accounts by linking them, so you do not need to repeat the entire process for each account.

Option A: Link an existing verified account when starting KYC

  1. On the KYC page, choose Link existing account.

  2. Verify ownership of the primary account, using email or phone verification.

  3. Once verified, the linked account inherits the primary account’s KYC status.

Option B: System detects your ID is already in use

If you begin a new KYC and our system detects your identity is already associated with another account, you will see an error message. Use Link existing account and complete ownership verification to share the KYC status.

Important rules for linked accounts

  • You can link up to three (3) accounts at a time to share one KYC status.

  • Once an account is linked, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • If the primary account’s KYC is removed or revoked, all linked accounts become inactive.

  • If a linked account’s KYC is removed, the primary and other linked accounts are not affected.

  • There are still 2 available slots remaining for KYC linkage if your previously linked accounts have been removed. Each user is granted a lifetime limit of four (4) linked sub-accounts, which includes both current and previously connected accounts.

Troubleshooting and tips

  • Ensure every detail you enter matches your ID exactly.

  • Do not edit or filter photos.

  • Re-capture any image that is dark, cropped, or blurry.

  • If you hit the attempt limit or are in manual review, wait for your final email result.

  • If you have multiple accounts, use Link existing account instead of re-submitting documents from scratch.
