📜 Campaign Rules & Eligibility

1. Where can I find this campaign?

  • This is an APP-exclusive event. The task card is only visible when you log in via our official APK or iOS app. It will not be displayed on the Web version.

2. How is my reward calculated?

  • Your reward amount is determined by your VIP tier at the exact moment of your first login during the campaign period.

  • Please note that any subsequent VIP upgrades after your first login will not increase or top-up your current campaign reward.

3. Can I claim the reward multiple times?

  • No. Each user can only claim the reward once across the entire platform.

  • We enforce a strict dual-binding policy (Device + Account). Switching to a new phone, reinstalling the APP, or using multiple different versions of our APP will not reset or allow you to claim the reward again.

4. Is there an expiration date for the reward?

  • Yes. Once you claim the reward, you have exactly 14 days to fully unlock it.

  • Any remaining unlocked balance after the 14-day mark will automatically expire and be voided. There will be no extensions, compensations, or exceptions.

5. Why is my reward showing a different currency?

  • If you have enabled the "View in Currency" setting in your account, the reward will automatically display in your preferred local currency. Otherwise, it will show in the original campaign currency.
