Account Recovery: Lost Credentials or 2FA Reset

Written by Stella Lin

If you are locked out of your account, cannot receive verification codes, lost your 2FA Google Authenticator, or no longer have access to your registered email or phone number, you can securely recover your account by following the steps below.

Step 1: Start the Recovery Process

  1. Go to the BC.GAME login page and click "Can't log in?".

  2. Select "I can't access my account".

  3. Click "Recover my account" to begin.

Step 2: Choose Your Recovery Method Based On Your Situation

Depending on whether you remember your registered contact details, please choose the corresponding path below:

🟢 Scenario A: You Remember Your Registered Email or Phone

(Use this if you can't receive verification codes, or if your 2FA authenticator is lost).

  1. Enter your registered Email Address or Phone number.

  2. Provide a Contact Email (this can be a new or alternative email where our support team can reach you for updates).

  3. (Optional) Fill in any helpful details and upload relevant screenshots (such as past screenshots of your profile or error messages).

  4. Click Locate & Continue.

🔵 Scenario B: You Do NOT Remember Your Email or Phone (Lost All Contact Info)

(Use this if you completely forgot your registered credentials).

  1. On the email/phone input screen, click the link that says "I don't remember any of these".

  2. Switch to the correct tab based on your payment history: Crypto Deposit or Card / Bank Deposit.

  3. Fill in your verification details:

    • Crypto Deposit: Enter your Deposit Address or Transaction Hash (TXID), along with the approximate amount and date (e.g., ~100 on Mar 12).

    • Card / Bank Deposit: Provide the relevant transaction reference and details.

  4. Enter a valid Contact Email so we can notify you of your recovery status.

  5. Click Locate & Continue.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Save Your Case Number!

Once you submit your request, a pop-up window will display your unique Case Number (e.g., RC-XXXXX-XXXXX...).

  • Please copy and securely save this Case Number!

  • It is shown only once. If you lose it, you will not be able to check your progress or submit additional information if requested.

  • Check the box acknowledging that you have saved it, and click "I have saved it".

Step 3: Tracking Progress & Submitting Additional Info

  1. If our security team needs more information from you (for example, a correct TXID), you will receive a notification email at your designated Contact Email.

  2. The email will contain a "GO TO STATUS PAGE" button.

  3. Go to the recovery page (Can't login → I can't access my account → Check recovery status), enter your saved Case Number and Contact Email, and upload the requested documents to complete your recovery.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1: How long does the account recovery review take?

A: Most requests are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive an update at your provided Contact Email as soon as our security team completes the audit.

Q2: What should I do if I lost or forgot my Case Number?

A: Because Case Numbers are generated for strict security tracking and displayed only once upon submission, losing your Case Number will prevent you from tracking your request online. If this happens, please contact Live Support directly with your deposit proof to request manual assistance.

Q3: Can I use a new email address as my Contact Email?

A: Yes! The Contact Email does not need to be your original registered email. Make sure to enter an active email address that you currently have access to, as all review updates and follow-up links will be sent there.

Q4: Why was my recovery request rejected?

A: Recovery requests are typically rejected if the deposit proof provided (such as the TXID or bank statement) does not match our internal system records, or if required verification documents are missing. Please double-check your deposit history and resubmit with accurate details.

Q5: Will my 2FA (Google Authenticator) be reset after account recovery?

A: Yes. Once your account recovery is approved by our team, your previous 2FA binding will be reset, allowing you to log in and configure a new security method.
